We set sail from Aberdeen and travelled North towards the Orkney Isands but the sea was too rough to visit, so we travelled further North to the Fair Island,  where we went ashore and visited the Puffins and met the locals at the Village Hall. After Leaving Fair Island we headed for the Hermaness Nature Reserve where the weather again was pretty horrible with high wind and rain where only the real enthusiasts ventured on the walk that took them across the headland to the cliffs that housed thousands of birds. Leaving Scotland, we then sailed eastwards towards the coast of Norway where the weather changed completely with bright sun and pleasant temperatures.
